Very challenging timelines, work long hours (16 hours a day). Management is not supportive of the employees, very demotivating. Only one product, barely making any money. There are way better companies than Alexza, no reason to come here or stay. If you work hard you are rewarded, if you want to skate you won't go far. Alexza has great benefits, great PTO plan, open management acknowledgement of hard workers, peer acknowledgement program, open forum town hall meetings, and so much more. There is a great future at Alexza and I am glad to be part of it.
