I've been with Amedisys a little over a year and I've found the managers are caring and often assist when needed. The compensation package is competitive and work hours are flexible. Last, I've found the Employee Resource Groups to be extremely helpful to connect, network and create a sense of belonging beyond just being an employee. The Military & Veteran ERG is a community within Amedisys where I can collaborate with fellow veterans and supporters.

There are very few cons. In my experience if there are issues, they are typically addressed immediately. However, I do believe it's important to say while the workload can be high, it also means that every day is different and full of new challenges to overcome, which can be very fulfilling for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting.
