Comecei como operadora, passado 6 meses passei a liderar uma das equipas de produção, e após 20 anos de trabalho na empresa, por turnos rotativos (12:15h)maioritariamente, e por motivos de saúde passei para assistente operacional a trabalhar apenas das 7:30 às 16:30h.

Em termos salariais, o valor mensal baixou muito, fazendo com que eu começa-se a procurar um 2do rendimento, ou apenas 1 que comatasse essa diferença.
