Benefits are okay. Dental and Medical are included. The department does not micro manage so there's a lot of freedom. There's also OT.

Do not teach you much. Start you from the bottom even with experience. Management not the greatest because they're trying to fire people they do not like. There's three of the higher management that only teaches the people that they like. The others are left stranded to find their own things unless taught by others in the department.
