Individuals or teams who did well that weak are congratulated. These Fridays are often accompanied by food (donuts or pizza) -Whenever there's a birthday in the office, everyone puts together a surprise. Working at access now is stressful. I can’t leave for personal reasons but I would not recommend anyone to apply for a job here. As a lot of people said you have to be well liked my management to be promoted. The ones that have gotten promoted in the past year are unqualified and should not be in banking. They hire employees without an education (college degree in the field) and have little kowledge of banking terms. This place is a joke, only apply if you have no other options.
