Seeing smiles on the farmers and drivers faces What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Working with a supervisor that has no knowledge of running the location and doesn’t value the employees that he has, that’s willing to do anything to make the location run better. Doesn’t like to take advice!! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Overall I enjoyed working for the company. It’s not a hard job, but lots of hours and a 7 day a week job What is a typical day like for you at the company? Depending on the commodity being cut.
