I've been with AngioDynamics for several years now, and I've witnessed an incredible evolution within the company. What once was primarily focused on medical devices has now transformed into a powerhouse of medical technology, and it's an exhilarating journey to be a part of. Also love that the company organization is flat; meaning getting resources or support from internal functions is as easy as picking up the phone or calling on Teams.

As AngioDynamics undergoes this transformation, there are some growing pains associated with changes in culture, leadership, and strategy. There is a sense of flux as the company navigates these transitions, and clarity on certain aspects of the organization's direction is still being fleshed out.

Very toxic environment, Management screaming. Very chaotic and overall non-stop toxic. VP I think from Europe screaming her lungs out at someone in the US during an event. It was shocking and toxic. There is no filter in explosive outbursts.
