Easy job but bad management
|
The job itself is easy but management on the other hand isn’t so kind.overtime is forced on you weather you want it or not , even at one point we were forced to work Saturdays so basically a 50+ hour work week.

Not the worst job ever but the hours are terrible for home life. Very hot and shift work makes you feel like a prisoner there’s plenty of other jobs for the same or better money

The work was ok at first, and then they wanted more and more out of us and then put on mandatory 10 hours exhausting..

What is the best part of working at the company?
I like the work it is very satisfying to build products that help to further people's lives, however the fast pace and lack of good machinery and maintenance to build them and the fact they want you to build very fast pace is not a good thing for quality, it is getting to where they want more production per hour and less time for quality. They will be shutting down in around 6 months to relocate to an unidentified location, so all jobs will be gone.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of good equipment to do the job.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very much Like Junior High School.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In early at 4am to work mandatory 10 hours for the past 41/2 years, then go home at 2:30 2 15 min breaks I unpaid half hour lunch.

Fired without warning, not a job you can trust
|
Was hired as part time. After weeks of being told by trainer I was on track, I was told I wasn't on track and that the position was full-time only. There was never any attempt to train me up or give me any opportunities for improvement. Completely blindsided. I don't recommend this company; if you're not a perfect fit, they'll fire you out of nowhere instead of telling you about the problem and giving you the opportunity to fix it.

Very toxic workplace environment! Similar to middle school behavior. Bullying amongst coworkers is normal with zero consequences. Workplace injuries are almost inevitable with the repetitive work daily. Supervisors gaslight you when you are injured and make you feel bad. You are hired by a temp agency and don't get any bonuses until Angio decides to hire you as an employee. Mandatory overtime every single week. Again, TOXIC workplace!

Horrible training, so if you have never done medical assembling good luck. Then you will be Reprimanded for doing something wrong.

If you have never worked in the field horrible place to start. It’s not that the trainers are bad, just very quick training. Then my 3 rd day working there I was timed and told I needed to pick it the pace.
