Being compensated significantly below market value (10k) according to reputable sources like Salary.com can understandably lead to dissatisfaction especially with inflation and now making less than when I actually started with raise increases. Moreover, the absence of opportunities for advancement within the company can hinder professional growth and leave employees feeling undervalued. It's crucial for APUS to align compensation packages with industry standards and provide clear pathways for career progression to retain talented employees and foster a culture of continuous development and success.
