You’re expected to ask these grown adults why they didn’t do their homework. Expect to constantly be on the phone. CONSTANTLY. They have monthly grades of your performance and grade you based on how tight you hold these grown student’s hands. It’s not a bad job but it’s definitely for everyone. The pay is trash. The training program was excellent and my first manager was encouraging and positive. Recently they switched me over to another team with a very experienced manager who harasses everyone on the team and micromanages and hovers over everyone on a daily basis creating a stressful and toxic work environment. My co-workers have complained to upper management and the supervisor was reported to HR. However, nothing has been done to correct the situation. Hostile, unhealthy work environment.
