It has changed over the years, but in many ways for the better. However, getting ahead is weird. There are imbalances in project work, but everyone is expected to go above and beyond to get promoted or a decent raise. Salaries could be more competitive. I've found that being a (slightly) older person and talking to other older people in PS, experience and knowledge is not valued as much. If you are not already a lead on your project, it's incredibly difficult to get promoted. That being said, it's a great place to start your career. Everything feels very 90s esque and they do not embody a progressive mindset. If you want a relatively comfortable job that's not too hard but stagnant, go here.
