This is a great company to start out in but it’s not for everyone. Working hours vary constantly and your home life will be affect by this. However as a team, you really do become family. With over 50 hours a week with your coworkers, its only obvious that you will get close to each other.

Typical day of work is 8 hours on phones or 8 hours on emails. Good entry level position into logistics if you have no experience. Remote work available after training. Start out with 3 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, 7 days sick time, 1 personal holiday, and 1 wellness day if you hit your wellness credit. 40 hours caretaker leave to be used for kids doctors appointments, spouse, or family member. Team works together to balance the stress. Calls/emails can get backed up but again, the team works together to make it bearable. Favorite part is connecting with the marketing partners, service centers, and other 3PL brokers.
