Competitive pay, seemed to reward employees for hard work and safety, brought in and retained quality workers... Now, they don't seem to care abut the employees, took away all additional safety incentives and rewards, and make contractors work extra long under contract pay before offering full pay and benefits, even with hard workers showing up everyday. So, often those contractors end up going elsewhere where those things are sooner available, yet they are advertising all the time for hiring.
