This was awesome working at ArQule, Inc. Such great people, lots of learning experiences and understanding employer.

The only thing I could have done with out with ArQule was the 30 + minute commute from Salem, NH other than that it was a great life experience being with them for just under 14 yrs..

My experience was fun, exciting, challenging early on but then got disengaged with how the company was managed and lead.

In the earlier years there was promise and excitement. Young talented minds working together to create processes, systems and science.

Lack of accountability. Lack of career development. Lack of Transparency. Managers who are unable to manager and lead. SENIOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

With this job market, working at Arqule bringing home a paycheck is better than being jobless.

Factors other than hardworking were weighed. Very bad working environment and culture. I worked there for about two years and felt stressful everyday. Some manager's opinions superseded scientific rationales.
