Overall, good staff. However, with expedited growth of the company, the HR evaluation/vetting and hiring of new scientists and managers has been poor and needs an overhaul. Leads to increasing toxic culture within (ex. infighting, hostile scientists, retaliatory managers, etc.). Psychological Evaluation of candidates may be helpful. Good technology with promising future. Free lunches. Increasingly toxic work environment (see review).
