Troubleshooting rejected orders with operation to, ensure orders are processed efficiently to meet client deadlines. I have learned it is easier to pick up the phone, and speak to a client or internal coworkers to resolve or explain an issues as opposed to going back and forth via email. Management plays a big role, to help smooth out any kinks that may have gone misunderstood. The hardest part of the job would be, when the systems and tools we utilize on the day to day are not functioning properly. This can make your workflow run much slower, with the set back of client deliverable getting out later than expected due date. I learned a lot about the Post Production Business and was supported by many supervisors more than others. I was given access and clearance to restricted areas than most because of my interest and understanding along with endless support I had from others. Lots of free meals, and a great learning environment with the Company and clients.
