This place requires you work endless hours, even if they can't pay to get their parts. You will still be required to work long hours to sweep. You can't have a life outside of this place. The closer it gets to the end of the month, the more hours you will be forced to work due to the incompetence of the office workers.

I have been interning at Astec Industries for almost a year now. I was originally supposed to only intern for the summer, but they allowed me to work remote while I attend school. Astec is a great place to work, it has good management, they are flexible, and the workload is just right.

Start with a safety meeting with every shift. The management is always on point looking out for thier employs and will help with anything needed. They make sure every employee has the tools to complete all jobs at hand. If something is needed they will provide it in a timely matter
|
1 paid day off per month.

I couldn't say a bad thing about working for Aztec as soon as it's needed

Place has been great to work at for over 10 years. Good amount of opportunity to develop new skills and move up if you're willing to put in the effort. Pay is good, benefits are good, hours are good. We have lost some privileges but in the end, you roll with the changes. Corporate fingers and not liked in our old family company.
