Benefits are awesome. Long duration employees are very knowledgeable-excellent resources for answers.

Company is downsizing in US so the overall communication from leadership is awful. Sr. employees are clicky and have been through a lot over the years with company growth and shrinkage. Great company for overseas-not US base. BTU is scared (or lazy) to innovate internally as the right hand doesnt talk to the left.. Not long-term strategists, as most will retire soon and important talent will be lost.

Two years in and still learning so much

If you can demonstrate that you are an effective employee who cares about their work and the team, you will have all the opportunity you want to take on more responsibility and to advance your career. The team is very tight-knit, highly communicative, and filled with great thinkers and performers, across all departments. In the last two years the company has shown only positive growth and continues on an upward trajectory. The management team is reasonable, fair, and dedicated to success. Management is extremely transparent in regards to finances and growth. Salaries are above average, as is PTO and benefits. On a personal note, the amount I have personally grown as a developer and a manager in a over two years is astounding. I have never held a position that allowed me such freedom to make an impact and rewarded me for doing so.

This is not a team to join and expect to coast. Every member of the company is driven and seeks to achieve their personal and company goals. The company is small enough that we have clear visibility into what each other is working on, which is not what many people seek in a job.
