To be fair, the projects were cool and the office was nice but it doesn't justify the beyond incomprehensible horrible working environment this company is known for.
|
If I could give -999 stars I would. Over worked, underpaid, disrespected, harassed ,this company takes the crown for THE ABSOLUTE WORST place to work. Overtime including weekends is the norm here due to poor managerial decisions followed by paid interview plans (PIPs) after working your butt off. This company forces but does not value ridiculously hard work. Developers are normally laid off with no notice, lied to about job security, and either removed, or replaced by a new grad engineers doing the same insane amount of work for even lower pay. On top of that, toxic and unprofessional behavior including but not limited to cussing and telling at co-workers is apparently acceptable by this company. I am at a loss for words how bad it is. Management should be embarrassed. I seriously hope this company burns to the ground.

First off, STOP making poor decisions and punishing the workers for it. If lay offs need to happen, don't lie. Just be honest, say it like it is, and give at least a month's worth of notice so we have time to adjust. Don't forcibly escort a laid off employee out the building and get mad when they get mad for obvious reasons. Plan better to avoid overtime. Stop praising toxic rock stars. To anyone working here, once PIPed, get out immediately and find a new job!

Company HQ is beautiful, products come to market quickly. Most of the distributors are very good at what they do. The day to day of this job is fun and exciting.

EOS division growth goals are unattainable - instead of adjusting the plan or changing sales strategy, they are churning through sales reps, sales management, and marketing. No real warnings or performance plans are being given out prior to making headcount changes. Compensation plan looks competitive on paper, but most reps are not hitting plan.
