Assembler I Ann Arbor, MI USA Was a tedious job but management was amazing I worked here briefly and in that time I loved the job. Management was amazing and did what they were able to so you could succeed at the job. The job at times was extremely tedious and at times a bit mind numbing but you could easily get lost listening to music and keep going. The place is small but you get to know everyone. Casual wear so you don’t have to dress up and a convenient drive. Engineer State College, PA USA Management has no idea of what they are doing because they are not technical! First of all this company has a PTO policy of USE it or LOSE it! And that also means when you leave that if you have any PTO that you have not used it is also gone. Very deceptive policy! They spend $10 to save $5. No communication to really speak of! Tell you one thing and then another! Most managers aren't even on job site and are not technical enough to even be a manager. They don't listen to expert advise whatsoever. Security and Safety is a joke! They work you so much and don't really appreciate it. The managers cover their own butts but blame you. Not realistic and no place for a professional. Most people there are good people except the decision makers and a few of them are good people as well. If it quacks like a duck, it is a duck. Don't even consider this place. It is a temporary job! Great culture API is the best company I have had the pleasure of working for. The management team is filled with leaders who make sound business decisions based on data driven analytics! There is a true sense of teamwork & all employees are supported with the resources necessary to succeed. This is a very complex manufacturing process that some people just can't grasp, hence all of the negative reviews (don't believe everything you read, some people just don't have the drive to succeed & would rather be miserable).
