Great place to develop your skills and learn new things. Management is very skillful and will support you at all times. Only problem is some people is not willing to go the extra mile and that causes delays. Free lunches, roomy/clean break rooms, awesome stocked store and a healthy/inclusive environment. Manufacturing Associate (Former Employee) Thousand Oaks, CA CAN Start Up Biotech i worked as a temp at Atara. There are growing pains associated with start ups but overall it was a great experience. It was my first biotech job and I worked in manufacturing. I was overall happy for the most part. Typical corporate culture is the only downside where people will take an opportunity to report you to HR or their manager over something so petty. Other than that, I wish I would've worked longer at my stay at Atara. Would come back and work there.
