What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very diverse. Seems they hire many people who have only been in America for 8 years at tops... Production Worker Mason, OH They put the "cult" in culture Rampant bullying without repercussions. Cult like atmosphere. Favorites roam around while others bust their behinds. Pay is below average. Songs piped through on the same loop for years. Maddening. Push, push, push. Freebie food once a week Have to computer log out just to use restroom. Production Associate Mason, OH Great company outside of its production department This is a fantastic company to work for if you stay out of production or any department that directly deals with production. ie Quality inspections, packaging, production technicians. That department has too many "management" positions and not enough people that care about the associates. Micromanagement runs deep in that department with zero compassion. Outside of production, it's a totally different world and a great company to work for. Plenty of room for growth, schedules are amazing, teamwork is top notch, plenty of PTO, raises are pretty decent and they dont expect you to dedicate your entire life to the company. Atricure has good core beliefs but not for anyone in production.
