If they need to cross train you, they will. This isn't a bad company to work for, they take care of their employees. There's lots of opportunity for advancement and raises and you get every other Friday off. But you don't get very many sick days in a year unfortunately. No real advancement opportunities This was a great place to work. Pandemic hit it pretty hard which forced lay offs and change in management. New management does not care about it's employees and will work you into the ground. It shows what their priorities are and it's definitely not their employees. They moved up in technology greatly but didn’t upgrade equipment needed to do the job right. They got into scramble mode. Managers micromanage. Always under the gun. The big issues here is there is not a lot of upward movement but a lot of side ways movement.
