Great products, great reps and lower management. Upper management does a good job preparing for future products.
|
Reps are treated like commodities not people by upper management. Many talented employees have left with no apparent effort to retain them. Typically the bottom 10% of the company gets let go each year. It makes the employees feel like they are working for a company that is being groomed to be sold instead of something that has a substantial future.

The disconnect between upper management and the reps is palpable. It’s okay to invest a little in your employees. Reps will fiercely fight to build a company if they see their leaders fighting for them. Sadly, the company is gaining a reputation similar to Styker: great for investors, not so great for employees.
