•Management micro manage
•Flight attendant feels separated from the company
•Company does not care about flight attendants
•Modern day slavery
•Holds flight attendants to the highest standard but doesn’t keep that energy for another department in the company
For example your work a 24 hour duty day deplane in Germany and not have transportation to the hotel . When you get to the hotel some of the crew doesn’t even have rooms booked ! Now the minute a flight attendant make a small mistake (not breaking a FAR) it’s the end of the world
• Extremely long hours ( The FAA needs to investigate this airline when it comes to hours worked and how much rest the flight attendants are getting ! )
•Low pay!!!
•The pilots really don’t have our backs like other airlines
•Rules when it comes to appearances are outdated , (we can’t have any tattoos showing but yeah we fly 99% military personnel that are tatted etc )
• the company gets contracts but for some reason that won’t advocate for us to have seats blocked off for us for rest when working !!
•The company doesn’t solve any problems or suggestions they make you go thru the union.
• Inflight management doesn’t care about us flight attendants at all , it’s seems like since we have a union we are punished for it
•management really want us to tell on each other about the most tiniest things !
•Uniforms are very cheaply made but so expensive!
•union president was with the company for 17plus years ( he was very pro company so our needs are not being answered)
•Planes are extremely old and needs renovations (FAA NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS )
• Your rest will be cut like more than half
Waiting on transportation which sometimes isn’t even ordered or booked ! AND the hotels sometimes can be an hour drive away with traffic it can be longer !

•Actually do your job and help us out
•Hire people to inflight that was a Flight Attendant!
•Advocate for us !! We shouldn’t have to go to the union for everything !
•Stop promoting the snitching culture because it make the work environment toxic ( unless it’s about breaking a FAR )
• WE ARE LITERALLY TIRED ! when people start blowing slides and other mishaps check how long that flight attendant has been up and working !!!
•Set us up for success not failure
• Fix the trust between you and the flight attendants (

Get to see the world.
Love the crews from pilots/flight attendants/ground ops/ and maintenance.

Very low pay for amount of hours worked.
Corporate and inflight management does not care about the flight attendants.(you’re just a number and can be replaced)
Scheduling somehow works there way around your duty day going against FAA guidelines and will schedule flight attendants over a 24 hr duty day, and then give you min rest of 10hrs. (That is not 10 hrs in a hotel room) most starting flight attendants have to be on food stamps and can’t even afford their own apartment.

Follow FAA guidelines and take care of your employees! Omni has lost an enormous amount of great flight attendance/pilots/and maintenance personnel due to corporate treating everyone like they are robots and not human.

I did not have the time to see it.

I got a CJO with them and was ready to go to training. Two days before going to training I tested positived for Covid and was in a very bad shape, so I emailed them like they said in their email to do if a candidate had some emergencies or could make it, just let them know so they could reschedule me for the next available class, I even tried called the airline to cancel the flight to get there but i was not allowed to do it. They even had not the courtesey to reply to me. A few days later a received an email saying that at this time I was not selected for employment.I have never been treated like this before in my life from a company!!!! I guess I should have read all the negative reviews about them. Please do a favour to yourself and stay away, you deserve better!!!
