The management is terrible and make it quite clear that they don’t care how overworked or overstressed their employees are as long as they get their bonus at the end of the year. On the other hand, it’s a decent job if you’re new to the industry due to a high pay rate

If you desire to tick off travel destinations, then this is the job for you. If you have minimal responsibilities, low bills, or a great support system, then apply. Yes, you will see the world. No, you will not be home often. Omni is not a regular commercial airline. I suggest you have a nice savings account before becoming a flight attendant. Pay can be as low as $20,000/ year at first. Go for it and see if you like it. I saw 14 countries in 7 months. No regrets.
