its amazing to scrub floors at the broadcom office. What can I say this is the dream job of my life. Culture is amazing. They give you a mop so you dont have to bring your own. Hardest part of job is to clean throwup. It sticks to floor and you have to scrub it and thats kind of hard

Benefits are expensive. They do not take care of us.

Horrible Benefits. I pay for a family of 3. It cost me $900 dollars a paycheck. They only give you 7 days of sick leave for the whole year. PTO is slow to build. Took away fridges in office so don't bring lunch that spoils.

Good salary, nice colleagues and impressive product stack but easily burnt out due to high pressue for sales /quota attainment, alot of top sales execs left during my tenure, culture could be alot better.

Typical Corporate workplace. Decent pay and benefits. Shift work so you work long hours but get half of your days off. Better befriend a manager if you want promotions. I've seen in-laws and friends get promotions over much more qualified candidates.
