Solid company with some caveats

For many years I had a very stable and consistent job with AspenTech and I was content. Company has been around for 40+ years and it shows in how much experience many of the team members have. Lots of smart people here to learn from.
|
For the last two years I ended up bouncing from manager to manager only to have the department consistently fail to meet goals that may not have been realistic. Organizational changes are frequent. They are strict about in-person office attendance, even if most everyone you work with is remote.
