As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>The Role</b></h2>As Graduate Project Engineer located in our Sydney office in Macquarie Park, you will work on projects for a variety of leading energy generators, transmitters and distributors in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific region, to implement and improve OSI's monarch control systems and provide customer service to ensure reliable performance and world-class customer satisfaction.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Your Impact</b></h2><ul><li>Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems.</li><li>Define project requirements through customer communication and communicate the requirements to other departments as necessary (Project or Product Management, Software development, etc.).</li><li>Assist in creating project documentation including descriptions of specific customer requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system and communication issues.</li><li>Provide customer support, assistance and training when required.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2>What You'll Need</h2><ul><li>Australian Citizen or Permanent resident with full working rights, preferably based in Sydney.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field of engineering.</li><li>Basic knowledge of C/C&#43;&#43;, Python, relational databases, HTML and XML;</li><li>Knowledge of networking and operating systems in order to perform troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong technical background in automation and computers.
