A typical day is Repetitive, not very challenging or interesting, and not a very happy environment where the tail wags the dog.
|
Job culture very relaxed.
Not a difficult job at all, lots of free time, I would prefer to be busy.
Very difficult to fit in with long time employees, if one suggests new process, it gets knocked back, as the old way is preferred. Did not find a high level of professionalism and qualified people to work with.

Poor management team at senior level. Steps taken to address that recently but the issues remain. Culture is toxic and that will only be resolved by addressing the cause.
Partially addressing it while leaving the roots alive to continue to have a major impact on the company will give Archimed the same results, maybe even worse as there are competence issues with those that remain:

During my time at Natus Medical, I obtained personal satisfaction being part of a company whose overall mission is to improve patient lives and support a diverse medical device portfolio. I got stretch assignments across different areas that helped me develop as a professional, and our team is highly motivated with an emphasis on excellence. My team has a lot of flexibility to support work-life balance which I really appreciated.
The company is still developing toward the mature infrastructure and culture that you find at very large companies but has the right people with passion and motivation to get us there and provides a lot of professional development opportunities to help streamline best practices and procedure.
The environment is very good for those who tend to be adaptable, self-starters who take ownership of projects and run with it. If you prefer a high amount of structure and day-to-day supervisory oversight, you may not enjoy it as much.
Great place if you are looking for a chance to make meaningful change happen and really exciting to see how our products help people in their everyday lives.
