Quit being two-faced. Don't be all smiles and then talk crap about employees behind their backs. Also, if you're going to make rules, actually follow them yourself. Don't pull the whole "do as I say, not as I do," stunt. Treat your staff like people and maybe the turnover rate won't be so horrendous.
