Was a great place until management changed, full support and appreciation was the culture, new management just treats you like you're threatening them by working hard and training to move up.

very obvious clique problem and the managers don’t seemed to care. they expect you to do fine dining but they are missing half of the stuff in the menu so yeah, you have to improvise a lot and the money is not that good
