Management is horrible

This place used to be amazing but then new executive management was brought in and killed it. They all failed at large organizations and used the fact that they just worked at a larger company to get their foot in the door at a much smaller company. Avoid this place like the plague it has become.

No life balance at all, managers are looking to advance by walking over their team.
Upper manager has so many changes in leadership that the company is in constant change mood as new execs bring in their own ideas.
I would recommend to anyone to move on to the next job and not work here you will never see your family again.
