Company wasn’t bad to work for. Once they were bought out it got worse and more demanding. Many calls and many rules and metrics do follow each day.

Not a bad job. Very busy so the days went quick. I liked the management team that I worked with. The main issue was that the productivity needed numbers were hard to meet.

there has been a lot of mandatory overtime since the start of covid, feels like a whole year of mandatory OT, basically 46-48 hours a week.. it's a little better now because they're hiring people but they still push for OT without monetary incentives
