Beacon is a great place to work. You will work a lot of hours usually around 50 hours a week. This job is not for those of you that do not like hot hard work. This job is very labor intensive but is rewarding in the end. The pay is adequate but the benefits are pretty good for what they are.

No advancement opportunities even if you have an excellent work history . Yearly reviews are ok . Only downfall is unloading products by yourself when it takes a couple people to load the products . Benefits are ok . But extremely corporate

I'm in a remote position with Beacon and absolutely love it. Even though we are all over the country, my team is completely supportive whenever I need help with something and I truly feel like I'm part of the team.
I can't speak about the branches themselves but I do know that management encourages internal promotion so if you are looking for a career where you can grow, Beacon is a great place!

Honestly one of the best companies I have worked for in my career

I have been in the workforce for about 20 years. I have work for big corporations and/or family own businesses. Beacon it is definitely up my top list to work for. I have been working for the company close to 2 years and the work/life balance is amazing. They care about my goals with the company or personal. I love the culture, my teammates and just the company in general. I like where the company stands as of now and where its going. Also to mentioned that been in the National Guard is not easy when it comes to having a civilian job, but Beacon definitely makes me feel that my job is secure and they have always supported me in any trainings or missions when I get called. Like everything in life the company is not "perfect" but would totally recommend employment here.
