-I leaned that intelligent people can be doubtful.
-Quality everyone's responsibility.
-The culture can make a company lose good talent.
-The hardest part is when some employees tell lies to their managers to look good and ridicule other employees.

An excellent place to call home. They really value their employees.

Biogen is an outstanding place to work. They have an extremely nice campus with excellent variety in the cafeteria. Shifts are not very strenuous you won't go home exhausted you will be able to play with your kids or engage with your significant other. Teamwork is outstanding as well as there are many collaborations which is refreshing. Compensation is excellent and there is lots of room for advancement and you will feel proud to say you are a biogen employee. There are lots of resources if you get stuck on a project or you may need guidance to complete a task. I think I will retire here the place is just great and I have nothing bad to say.

Biogen was THE company in the area to work for with incredible comp and benefits in the 2000s. Those days have sadly gone away but in time I think it will come back.
