Once the big cooperation took over it went down hill.
When it was part of a small company it was a great place, with family like environment.
Did have flexible schedule which was nice.

The company is just decent. Not great not terrible. Upper management is likely to be out of touch with the impact of their decisions. They talk a good game bur aren't highly invested in making quality software products.

They try to be supportive, decent pay and benefits
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Every day. Although training is extensive, they expect you to know every aspect of everything. Months later there will be people calling you with problems you never even know existed before they called and they expect you to fix it. Often you cannot find it in the "library" and the supervisor chats are sometimes slow in responding leaving you to fend for yourself.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
from home, they try to be supportive
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
on the phone, chat or email with actual clients and the other part of your shift is research, trying to figure out the answers to clients issues.

Way too much work, people left & we had to pick up the work.

I can only speak to the Support department, but the work/life balance is why I continue to enjoy this job. Remote first is a huge positive for the company and the clients are typically very pleasant and nice to work with. Colleagues are kind and my team works well together!
