What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, worst place I’ve ever worked at unprofessional and system has a glitch that will just stress you out and gaslighting is real!!! Don’t work here to make ends meet, best thing for you is to search longer and take time this isn’t for anyone to grow or learn … all it did for me is get me to a lower state and it was only up for me from there!

Everything!! Worst tech glitch I’ve ever seen

Good for a college student or someone who needs an extra income. Wouldn't recommend if it's your main source though. Great people and management. Loved my time there.

Stressful but Alright.

Wasn't a bad time, working at Outback. Had fun with my coworkers and all, just the understaffed moments were stressful. But you got many opportunities to go up all the way to a Key Manager, which was cool.

Rude, unappreciative staff and flip-floppy managers

Outback Steakhouse seems to only want to hire employees who are rude, selfish, and full of themselves. If this is you, go ahead and submit that application. High manager turnover rate, had like 8 different managers in my time there. And its apparent that managers pick and choose who to be nice to based on who they're friends with personally. While there are definitely some servers, BOH, etc. who are great, most of them are simply just entitled and clearly hate their jobs. Most enjoyable part of the job is not being there. Plus the foods not even that good.

Unbearable management team and no consistency

Hardest part of the job is being micromanaged no matter how good you’ve proven you are at your job. Jump through hoops to get days off and get denied your earned PTO. Not flexible with hours, appointments, or overtime.
