Leaders have great intentions, but achieving positive outcomes for people development not so much. No raise for 3 years, none - while others are tapped for on the spot bonus and even others get retention bonus or even hiring bonus - absolutely ridiculous

High-paced call queue
|
The position seemed easy to get, with a variety of types of employees, age range, etc. Their training was 3 weeks, but they did not give adequate training for Medicare (2 days should have been a week). There is some support once you’re taking calls but not enough or fast enough. Adherence required during intense call volume is not fair, and scheduled potty breaks are difficult to abide by. It is an intense situation during Open Enrollment and the pay is almost half what it should be for the volume, requirements, and sensitive info we handle. If you’re excellent at customer service, used to high call volume, and don’t have a large budget at home, you will enjoy this job

Lots of Opportunity Easy to Be Stuck in a Role if You're Good at It

My only complaint is that I took an entry level role that I was overqualified for in order to have work. I do the work well and now I feel stuck in the position with no opportunity to grow to other roles or responsibilities. Now that the job market is plentiful I am focused on leaving for hire pay and more exciting work in my field.

It was a decent place to work with below average pay till I found a new and better position with another company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There wasn’t much… it was a very frustrating job as far as being on the IT software admin side. They definitely weren’t interested in your opinions or anything even as a senior.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nobody listens. It’s supposed to be a software technology company, but the technology they used was outdated and they did not want to spend money upgrading it even though they knew it needed to be upgraded.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture was cool and environment was ok. They give off a we are a cool, hip and tech company, but the amount of money that was spent on events and productions, definitely shows that their priorities were in showcasing, which isn’t all bad, but if you can’t back up your tech bc you spent too much on the events. Doesn’t make sense
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lol argue to get better software and hardware within the company to help the internal customers communicate and collaborate better. It would fall on deaf ears.
