Pueden mejorar en muchos ámbitos profesionales. Falta modernizar ciertas cosas. Aún hay puestos que la cantidad de salario no se relaciona en nada, ni es equitativo con la labor que se realiza. Entiendo que hay departamentos que trabajan demasiado y bajo mucha presión para tan poco salario.

Cuando llevas mucho tiempo en BPPR y pides cambios que sabes que cualificas automaticamente una contestacion automatica te indica que no cualificas, no dan la oportunidad de evaluarte individualmente para ver en persona sus cualidades y evaluacion, prefieren perder empleados que llevan toda la vida trabajando alli y que son excelentes recursos y comprometidos, por eso se le van los empleados.
