I genuinely cannot think of 1. Absolutely terrible company full of terrible people.

Everything.
•This company is straight up run by the devil. They are so concerned with money, they would fire everyone and make rent prices 50x more expensive if they could. Even going as far as taking away your concessions as a form of punishment for any mistakes. They will also refuse to hire more staff as a money saving measure, and expect all current employees to pick up the extra workload with no additional pay. No morals.
•Management is completely corrupt. Managers will assign any and all online leads to themselves and even go as far as taking leases from leasing consultants by changing the leasing agent name to theirs.
•Management acts entitled and spoiled and refuses to help answer questions or train you in detail. If you have questions, you are ridiculed and treated as if you are stupid or less than. Even going as far as to accuse you of not being capable of learning.
•Management will refuse to help you with simple things and complain if you need support.
• Leasing agents are expected to help managers with their tasks while handling any and all complaints from residents. You will be shamed and humiliated if you do not have time to complete your own daily tasks due to helping everyone else with theirs.
•Management is encouraged to set their own rules and run things the way they want- even down to demanding employees use a certain browser that they prefer.
•No recognition for good work.
•Absolutely no accountability from management.
•Under paid for the amount of work you do.
•Employees create a toxic work environment and won’t come to you directly with any concerns, but will throw you under the bus when given the chance.
•You are supposed to receive a 10 minute break every hour but it is not practiced or even encouraged. In fact you will be shamed for taking breaks.
•They fire employees as a money saving measure so just keep in mind you are very replaceable.
•They do performance reviews to try and scare people and shame them into working harder. Even openly admitting that nobody will ever score above average.

People are generally very kind, has good work life balance and decent benefits. You would have a decent employer name on your resume.
|
A very clear majority of caucasian upper management in the office, and I have heard that cases of racism/sexist comments have been raised before.
Pay was less than industry average, and some employees (even in management positions) want to leave the company. This company is very much so the epitome of 'we see our colleagues as family', but
does not like promoting employees from within, unless you are one of management's "favourites".
