Ruckus Wireless is a good place to be. However, due to multiple M&A, the overall size of the company grew and Ruckus is just a BU in a large company. Employee benefits, career progression and overall Ruckus progression is no longer as good as it was when Ruckus was a standalone company

Setting goals, meetings,, objective targets clients we were looking to capture, good presentatioons, meeting management objectives.
Hardest part of the job was the constant change CRM management because of the mergers with three companiesin two years...and then the unexpected layoff and severance package.
Enjoyable part was the interaction with channel partners opportunities and working with leading IT services companies.

Too many acquisitions and poor management

We went through 3 acquisitions in a 1 year period. Marketing management in needs a lot of work. Other execs are great, especially the COO. We do get free snacks and great benefits (for now). With all the acquisitions we have changed benefits 3 times.
