Managers make it stressful for employees. High turnover rate.

We only worked weekends for 10 hours but Sundays we were paid double time so we got a 40 hr. paycheck for working 30.
|
Managers micro manage employees and treat them not as assets but as expendables. There are not enough equipment (pallet hand jacks, sticks to hang beef jerky, or plastic pallets) when you need them. You have to fight employees to get what you need so you can cover yourself and make sure you have what you need to play your part. Poor management. A lot gets lost in translation as 95% of managers and supervisor speaks little to no English.
