You’re responsible for a massive route with many stores. Even when ran correctly and serviced right, the expectations from the top down-do not translate. Upper management pushes for their own projects and do not communicate that to their customers; all while holding you responsible for their own misconceptions and miscommunications. You’ve got a very short time window to pull the rabbit out of the hat in this regard, so good luck trying to impress the crowd that’s always watching and not participating!
