What happened?

Good Pay, nice people to work with, pretty good benefits
|
They hire too much, then layoff to much, then hire again and then layoff and the cycle goes on. Not good for people who made a change to work here then get laid off. Town halls make it sound like no one would be laid off, yet there was over 100+ people laid off in Oct 2023 - Feb 2024.

Brooks values and encourages a healthy work/life balance and allowed me to work remotely. They had a good benefits package and generous PTO/holiday schedule. My team was one of the best that I've had the pleasure of working with.

It was disappointing to see this semiconductor company's forecasts decline as quickly as it did (resulting in quite a bit of downsizing, which affected me), despite being a leader in their market.

Excellent place to work at until they were sold in 2022.
|
Once purchased by LLC firm out of Boston, they brought on management that had no clue what it took to get product in the door. All they cared about was the bottom dollar. Tremendous stress was put upon the buyers and buyers who planners.
They no longer cared about long term employees as evidenced by the employees that were laid off beginning 1/16/24. Loyalty went out the door beginning that day.
