This can be frustrating and lead to inefficiencies within the team. In addition, the recent implementation of an outdated system is causing numerous problems for the company. Rather than acknowledging these issues, it seems that the management is brushing them off and insisting that the system is functional. This lack of transparency and acknowledgement can make it difficult for employees like yourself to perform their duties effectively. Moreover, you've noticed a trend of hiring friends without relevant experience, which can undermine the overall competence of the team. Cytology Maryland There are great people working for the remote locations, but the NJ location and the corporate offices do not care about them and it shows. What is the best part of working at the company? There were great people at my regional Laboratory and my lab director was great to work with. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The corporate management staff (HR, directors of clinical operations, payroll staff, leave management, etc) were non-responsive and VP of operations consistently piled job duties from higher positions (with false promises of increased wages) so they wouldn’t have to fill them. Lack of leadership and communication to remote laboratory locations. High turnover. No annual raise. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very poor. No communication unless there was a crisis. What is a typical day like for you at the company?
