The legacy products were customer and no way to role out a common fix for large e commerce websites. No procedures or data so need to be built. Department started with 125 people and all were laid off but me. As a result I had to taking on many other projects including international contracting. Possible competitive strategy Management and inability to run company. I learned that my years of "thinking outside the box" came in handy when the company exploded and we tripled our growth in a year. My manager's were the best ever. Our culture was awesome. It was one of the best work experiences ever! Hardest part: There wasn't one. Every team worked really well together. Most enjoyable: Going to work and being around awesome people everyday. :-} Everything!
