Gearing capabilities are some of the best in the world. Many experienced people with strong gearing knowledge.

Management needs an overhaul. Many don't lead or try to improve the day-to-day business. A couple of them yell and scream at employees. No cost of living raise for most of the office people. They will sacrifice quality for meeting financial targets.

Pay and train your employees! Put them in a position to succeed. Give them the resources and tools necessary to do a good job. Need to replace top level management and put people in those roles that have a vision for growth for the employees and the company.

Terrible management, enormous turnover rates and a lot of politics, They will burn out production personnel without a thought, CEO has zero understanding of contracts (vendor and customer) and is continually burned..ie (Safe Harbor). Good temporary job but plan on layoffs and/or burnout
