· Meeting with Commercial Relationship Managers to review their accounts and identify prospects for cash deposits and treasury management services

· Regularly meeting with clients to review and expanding business through client growth, additional services, and relationship consolidation
· Developing new business opportunities through referrals from existing clients, natural markets and business partners, or interaction with other external resources including COIs
· Making regular calls on prospects, either independently or with a relationship manager, to generate high quality new treasury management and deposit business to achieve or exceed specific production goals
· Maintaining data systems regarding opportunities for differentiation at the client level, sales calls, pipelines, closed sales, etc. to enable the generation of monthly activity reports
· Identifying credit, merchant services and consumer referrals to partners
· Driving increased product usage of established Treasury Management clients
Ensuring appropriate pricing and revenue yield on new and established relationships
Become a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects through the following:
· Leveraging bank experts to establish Bankwell as a thoughtful and trusted advisor on deposit and treasury management topics
· Developing a deep understanding of client structure, cash flow, banking relationships, processes, costs, and pain points to develop compelling proposals
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, competitors’ products and pricing in the market served
· Keeping current on new product and product enhancement information/training from treasury management product staff
Ensure industry-leading client experience in partnership with service organization by:
· Serving as a point of escalation for operational problems reported by clients and drives resolution in a timely manner
· Proactively addressing attrition risks by addressing concerns with clients and escalating internally as necessary
· Partnering with Client Onboarding Manager to prepare agreements in order to establish new client services; performing timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Helps build Bankwell’s presence and capabilities by:

· Interpersonal skills a must, with the ability to deal with challenging situations and customers; ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment
· Met or exceeded goals in previous positions and has a solid working knowledge of bank products and service
· Strong sense of integrity and personal ethics
· Detailed oriented with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
· College degree preferred
· 4 + years of financial services or commercial real estate experience with at least 3 years in sales
· Maintains enhanced writing skills required to write proposals and manage the RFP/RFI process and responses
· Exhibits strong verbal communication skills for effective selling and presentations
· Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of treasury management products and services
