Based upon my past experience I am always a bit suspicious but consistently they have proved to honestly care. nasdaq:cacc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=2194 Mar 15th, 2024 12:00AM Open Open Credit Acceptance Market Area Manager Great Company - Horrible Bosses The culture within the company is absolutely great. The company is moving in strides with Diversity and Inclusion amongst always being aware of the things that is going on in the world. HR doesn't even let you think they have your back and will fight for you. They always take the bosses side however if they have no choice and they have to defend you, just wait because you will be under the spotlight and they will find something no matter how small it is, to get rid of you. They are called People Advisors however they are really Credit Acceptance advisors. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 3.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 2194 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 4.0 Open Mar 18th, 2024 06:51PM Mar 18th, 2024 06:51PM Credit Acceptance Financials Financial Services
nasdaq:cacc https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=2194 Mar 10th, 2024 12:00AM Open Open Credit Acceptance Market Area Manager Company has went downhill over the last few years. No change. High expectations, little support. Make own schedule. Benefits are strong. Spent 5+ years in this role. Company began to micro manage and shove activities and busy work down our throats. Job lost any fun factor it had with all of the heat coming down from management. You will be micromanaged. Used to be so much freedom here, it has turned into a typical corporate regime. They do yearly wage reviews and normally give a slight bump in salary, but it's quickly followed by "now we expect you to do even more with our stale product and here is some added stress for you sprinkled in". They preach so much change is coming, yet, contract volume stayed roughly the same, even decreased a bit over my tenure. Company will never grow to where they say they are going unless they decide to pay dealers more money and adapt to current market conditions when they happen. It takes over a year for the simplest things to happen here. If you have a good DOS life is slightly easier, if not best of luck to you. LOTS of smoke and mirrors. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 4.0 4.0 2.0 4.0 3.0 4.0 2194 Open Quit blaming your stale company on MAMs. Look at your lack of leadership DOS's and upper management for some change. If you have an overall failing or stagnant district for years, take a look into your DOS running it. Jamming more activities on MAMs, getting daily scathing emails from DOS, and plans don't fix the glaring problem. Look in the mirror. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 6.0 Open Mar 12th, 2024 02:42PM Mar 12th, 2024 02:42PM Credit Acceptance Financials Financial Services
